2010 Sean Minor Four Bears Pinot Noir, Central Coast - Regularly $14.99
Sean Minor, Owner/Winemaker, was born in Kansas and was surrounded by agriculture.  He always had a fascination for farming.  After working for Beaulieu Vineyards in Napa, he made the commitment to winemaking and started taking classes at UC Davis.  His Pinot Noir expertise came from not only BV, but the mentoring he received while working at King Estate and Benton Lane. While at King Estate he became close friends with their renowned Winemaker, Will Bucklin.  Will now acts as Winemaking Consultant for Sean Minor wines.  The cooler climate of the Central Coast creates bright aromas and flavors of strawberry and cherry.  A hint of tobacco, combined with sweet oak, create a flavorful, lingering finish.

2009 Chono Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile -
Regularly $12.99
Geo Wines was founded 12 years ago.  They make three tiers of wine, including Chono.  The Chono wines are produced according to the principles of organic and bio-dynamic viticulture, sourcing grapes from the varietals’ best growing area.  The name CHONO refers to the brave indigenous people that lived in the fiords of the Chilean Patagonia in pre-hispanic times until the XVIII century. The Maipu Valley is especially well-suited to full-bodied and balanced Cabernet Sauvignon.  This full-bodied yet perfectly balanced Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant and rich on the palate, with soft tannins yet good texture. Flavors of red berries and black raspberries are lush and the finish offers a touch of spice and smoke.
